Making a keto Caesar salad at home is my go-to meal when we are in a hurry.
That's just over 33 grams of fat per serving. I can imagine that many people have eaten a classic Caesar salad with chicken at some point and had this delicious dressing. Often it is enough to olive oil, vinegar and some good spices to make a dressing that goes over salads. To replicate that crunch, cucumbers will do nicely. What's more, a homemade dressing tends to taste much better.
The dressing is also incredibly easy to make.
It doesn't take many minutes to whip up the dressing. You can also use leftover chicken making this easy salad perfect for your keto diet.

Add some tamari soy sauce and season to taste with fine grain salt and black pepper.
If you want your caesar dressing a little looser, you can mix in a few tablespoons of water, but basically it should be a fairly thick dressing.
