Saltkråkan tjorven och skrållan

Overall, this is a story for children but anyone who enjoys innocent and cute childlike tales can watch this, no matter the age.

4-year-old Skrållan is the first to discover that two colorful smuggl... The children are great in their actings, especially the little girl who plays Skrållan. Men sedan tar hon henne tillbaka och drar till skogen för att överlämna henne till trollen - där tycker Stina att hon hör hemma.

Plötsligt är Skrållan försvunnen, och då blir det fart på morfar Melker, på Tjorven och Pelle och på Båtsman.

This film truly is a children´s movie in its best! The characters are lovable and true, stories and circumtanses sweet and realistic and the acting is wonderful from all the children and expecially Torsten Lilliecrona who plays Melkerson. It's impossible not to smile with her innocent mischief.

Like most Swedish films I saw so far, this one is very nicely filmed, with lovely cinematography, good actors and a harmless plot, but still it lacks something.

I took this deligthful little movie from the library a few days ago.

It is based on an Astrid Lindgrens book and it tells about an island called Saltkråkan, the people and expecially the kids who live there. When they try to row back home they lose the oars and must take refuge on a desolate island. She is practically a baby and naturally she doesn't have conscience of the things she does. Redan här börjar förvecklingarna.

She does it innocently and without any harm. In her childish world, what she does is fun.

Also, they couldn´t have found a more happy and well to handle cutie than 21 months old Kajsa Dandenell to play little Skrållan.
